Important Notice:  Warren County may require a building permit.  Contact Warren County Planning & Zoning (636-456-3044) prior to starting a project.  It is the lot owner's responsibility to obtain all required permits. When a permit is approved, a permit approval placard will be issued and available for pickup in the clubhouse.  This  placard must be displayed at all times until the project is complete.
