End of Official Camping Season

The campground has been winterized and we are in the off-season mode. This means:

• The clubhouse is closed except for monthly Board meetings
• The water is turned off to much of the front area of the campground
• The bath houses are closed
• Trash pickup is every two weeks instead of every week

Activities Committee Meeting

The Activities Committee will be having a meeting December 3, 2011 at 9:00 a.m. in the clubhouse. Anyone interested in helping with the 2012 activities is requested to attend.

****Special Meeting - Results****

A special meeting was held October 22, 2011 for the purpose of an Association vote on whether to raise the dues by $25.00, making the annual dues $300.00 per lot for calendar year 2012 and on. Here are the results:

1. A total of 177 votes were submitted. This includes absentee ballots and ballots submitted at the meeting.

2. The total number of "yes" votes was 89. The total number of "no" votes was 88. The proposal was passed.

3. The annual dues will be $300.00 per lot for calendar year 2012 and on. The annual dues letters reflecting lots owned and amount owed will be mailed in the near future.

Woodcutting Day

Woodcutting day is scheduled for December 3, 2011 at 8:00 a.m.. There will be a signup sheet in the clubhouse for anyone wishing to volunteer time, equipment, and a strong back. Water will be furnished during the woodcutting activity, and beer afterwards. Lunch will be furnished, compliments of the Activities Committee.

New Website Features

1.  Operating budgets can now be viewed by clicking on "Financial" in the menu panel. User ID and password are required to view this information.
2.  Click on "Survey Plats" in the menu panel and a table containing all the lots in the campground will come up. Click on a lot number in the table and the official survey plat for that lot will be displayed. If you know the plat number you want to see, it can also be selected from the table. These plats are helpful in determining measurements and boundaries of lots. Be patient as a plat can take as long as 30 seconds to display, depending on the speed of your computer.
